After a discussion at the www.2003ac.com web site, a good point was brought up about the time changes that will occur in October and how they will affect the television coverage for the Louis Vuitton Cup. October 6, New Zealand daylight savings time starts, and October 27, the USA falls back.

We at YachtRacing.com put on our Sherlock Holmes hat and did a little investigation and found out an interesting piece of news. The Outdoor Life Network's "live" coverage is actually tape delay.

A spokesman for OLN informed us that there was a scheduled 45 minute time delay on their broadcast, and that even with the changes in times, their broadcast schedule would remain constant.

I think that OLN may need to pay heed to Mr. Webster on this one.
